To open an account with vip33, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply may result in your registration being declined or an existing account being closed.

1. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
2. One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
3. Providing Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details including your name, address, date of birth, and contact information. Providing false information may result in account termination.
4. Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
5. KYC Verification: KYC verification with a government-issued ID must be completed before making a withdrawal.

The email address or mobile number provided at registration will be used as the primary contact method going forward. Please use an active email or number that belongs to you.

Vip33 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus: New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit threshold must be met and the specified wagering requirement must be completed to qualify.

• Each bonus is issued once only and is non-transferable.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses: Regular users may be eligible for weekly or monthly cashback. A minimum deposit threshold applies for reload bonuses.

Vip33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on vip33 and are effective across all Sports Betting and casino games.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Result Disputes: In the event of any dispute over a result, vip33's decision is final.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits apply to each event and market and are displayed on the page.
• Technical Issues: vip33 is not liable for bets affected by server errors or technical issues.

Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified by independent third parties. All game outcomes are entirely random and unbiased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip33 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of winnings.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Bonus Hunting
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Betting based on match fixing or the use of insider information
• Applying fraudulent betting strategies in collusion with others
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using another user's information or account

Vip33 believes that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a harmful addiction. That's why we provide a range of tools and features to promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically stopped once losses exceed a specified amount.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play.

• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.

Vip33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If registration is completed using incorrect or false information
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
• If the user requests account closure themselves
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

Vip33 is not responsible for the following:

• If a bet is lost or a transaction fails due to an internet connection issue
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Loss or damage caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• If your account password falls into someone else's hands
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Vip33's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount held in the user's account.
